The following sections describe general sales policy information for WinCleaner Products.
How to Pay
You can pay using Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
Purchase Orders are only accepted from government and educational institutions.

Purchase Orders are only accepted from government and educational institutions for order amounts over $500.00.

Sales Tax
A sales tax of 8.00% will apply to purchases made by Ontario residents.
A Goods and Services tax of 5.00% will apply to purchases made by Canadian residents.
Refunds - All software sales are final.
We offer free, 30-day, evaluation downloads of our products to ensure that the
software meets your needs and functions on your machine. We are willing to help you resolve any issues but no refunds will be issued for the software due to the availability of a free evaluation. If your purchase was made through a third party merchant such as a reseller or retail store, this merchant's sales and refund policy applies to your purchase. Under no circumstances will WinCleaner/Business Logic Corporation issue refunds for purchases made through a third party merchant.
Price Protection
Our products are sold through various channels under various discounts, promotions, and purchase incentives. We are not responsible for refunding any difference between an original purchase price and the price of a third-party vendor or a subsequent special promotion price offered through Business Logic Corporation.
International Customs
Some countries require additional customs fees. These fees are not included in the price of our shipping and are the responsibility of the receiving party.
Loyal Customer Discounts
As a previous customer of WinCleaner, you can may be able to take advantage of upgrade pricing. These products when purchases will scan your hard drive for the most recent version of WinCleaner and will only work if a valid version is found. If you purchase an upgrade product and do not have a previous version requirement. Your money will not be refunded.
When in doubt, please purchase the full version. Current WinCleaner One-Click Version 11 upgrades only come with a single PC license. The full version includes a license for installation on up to 3 PCs in the same household. If you require a multiple PC license, do not purchase the upgrade.
Online Order Discrepancies
If you have a discrepancy with your order, including issues regarding mistakes with the items purchased and/or the amount charged, you can direct your questions and comments to our Customer Service Department.
