These terms explain how WinCleaner licenses work, what is included with your purchase, how refunds and renewals are handled, and the rules for safe use of the software.
Licensed Software
WinCleaner is licensed, not sold. Your license gives you the right to use the software under the plan you purchased.
Safe Use Required
Use WinCleaner only for lawful personal, home, or business PC maintenance and within your purchased device limit.
Support First
If something is wrong with your order or software, contact support so we can help resolve it quickly.
Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service apply to your use of WinCleaner websites, software, licenses, downloads, support services, and related purchases provided by Business Logic Corporation. By downloading, installing, activating, purchasing, or using WinCleaner, you agree to these terms and to any plan-specific terms shown at checkout.
License Grant & Device Limits
WinCleaner grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software according to the license type, seat count, device count, subscription period, and feature level you purchased.

Orders, Payment & Price Protection
Payment methods
Accepted payment methods may include major cards, PayPal, Microsoft Store checkout, or other options shown during checkout. Purchase orders may be accepted for government or educational institutions where offered.
Third-party stores
Purchases made through Microsoft Store, resellers, retail stores, marketplaces, or other third parties are subject to that merchant's payment, refund, tax, and account rules.
Price changes
Prices, promotions, plans, discounts, and included features may change over time. We do not guarantee price matching or refund differences caused by later promotions or third-party pricing.
Order accuracy
Contact support promptly if there is a mistake with your order, charge, license type, email address, or activation information.
Subscriptions, Renewals & Expiration
Some WinCleaner products and plans are subscription-based and may include a defined service period, such as one year, unless a different term is shown at checkout. During the active period, you may receive software access, updates, license validation, and support according to the plan you purchased.
Refunds & Support Resolution
If you experience an issue with WinCleaner, contact support so we can help diagnose and resolve the problem. Refund eligibility depends on where you purchased the product, the plan terms shown at checkout, and the refund rules of the applicable seller or marketplace.
Direct website purchases
Refund requests for direct purchases should be submitted within the refund window displayed at purchase or in the applicable sales policy.
Third-party purchases
For purchases through Microsoft Store, resellers, retail stores, or other merchants, refund requests must be handled by that merchant under its own refund policy.
Software Use, Automation & Acceptable Use
WinCleaner analysis and cleaning actions
WinCleaner uses rules, local analysis, and software logic to identify cleanup targets such as temporary files, browser caches, crash logs, startup entries, and other removable system clutter. You are responsible for reviewing scan results and confirming cleanup or optimization actions.
✓ Use WinCleaner only on computers you own or are authorized to maintain.
✓ Keep your license key, account, and activation credentials secure.
✕ Do not reverse engineer, modify, resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the software.
✕ Do not bypass license validation, device limits, activation checks, or security protections.
✕ Do not use WinCleaner for illegal data destruction, evidence concealment, fraud, or unauthorized access.
✕ Do not interfere with WinCleaner servers, licensing systems, websites, or support systems.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Software provided as-is: WinCleaner is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every system configuration, or able to recover every performance issue.
User-confirmed actions: You are responsible for backups, restore points, and decisions to clean files, disable startup items, or change system settings. WinCleaner is designed for safe maintenance, but no utility can eliminate every possible risk.
Liability cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Logic Corporation and WinCleaner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the software or services.
Termination, Changes & Governing Terms
Termination
We may suspend or revoke license access for fraud, chargebacks, license sharing beyond purchased limits, security abuse, illegal use, or violation of these terms.
Policy updates
We may update these terms when products, pricing, sales channels, laws, or business requirements change. The effective date shows the latest revision.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer protection rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law and any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to your purchase location.
